Arnold Fariello / CEO and MTSA Principal

Dr. Arnold Fariello received his degree at Georgetown and served as an Army dentist until he finished his tour in 1970. After a successful second career serving as a dentist in the Washington DC metro area, Dr. Fariello (Arnie) decided it was time for a new chapter and a third challenge. He relocated to south Florida and founded Atlas Optima Consulting. To him, Atlas represents the strength necessary to shoulder the heavy burden of serving the American public and Optima is the plural form of optimum - nothing but the best. Arnie has a passion for helping his customers solve problems, providing only the highest quality results and the unique ability to simplify and explain complex issues.

Optimal Ideas

Solutions that are reasonable, achievable, right for the client culture and offer a return on investment are not always easy to come by. Atlas understands that each client's mission is unique and their culture is critical to delivering that mission. Atlas does not attempt to force a client into a one-size-fits-all mold. Our methodologies allow us to understand the impact of every solution and to ensure that our clients expectations for outcomes are realized. We avoid those solutions that "always work" by bringing our people to the table with open minds and a desire to innovate.

Optimal People

Atlas believes in a culture of growth. We offer our people an environment that encourages innovation through interaction and we understand that with innovation comes some measure of risk. We value ideas end reward excellence. Our people share our values and commitment to optimum client service.

Optimal Results

In business it's not about the journey, it's about the results. Atlas focuses on the results our customers expect. Delivering the best value and reducing the risk by focusing on the outcomes our customers expect and delivering results by applying the optimum people with optimum ideas to the problem is our recipe for success.
